"Konfido" is an ecosystem of citizen participation that aims to make transparent the participatory processes through the implementation of Blockchain technology to certify the authenticity of the citizens and the votes of the presented proposals. Konfido can add value to existing participation dynamics, such as public consultations, debates, participatory budgets, presentation of popular initiative laws, among others. The platform consists of a set of links:[✔] Blockchain Architecture of distribution and certification of data, to ensure immutability and inviolability of stored information;[✔] API: integration interface with open citizen participation platforms (DemocracyOS, Virtuagora, among others);[✔] Web Administration: allows government entities and civil society organizations to monitor the most voted projects in real time, as well as visualize indicators of citizen participation;[✔] APP / Web: digital platform of interaction between the citizen and the public entity for the voting of proposals, publication of ideas, support of ideas presented by other neighbors, monitoring and traceability of published ideas (ex: if it has passed a technical or economic feasibility analysis, if it has been transferred to another area, etc.), visualization of indicators of the projects already voted, "citizen scoring" that will allow the allocation of points to those citizens with greater participation allowing to exchange them for cultural activities (cinema, theater, etc);It is important to note that the project has been developed within the framework of the Civic Innovation Laboratory ( #LABICAR ) composed of a team with a wonderful cultural diversity: Bolivia, Brazil , Colombia, El Salvador, Mexico, Venezuela-Spain and Argentina. Precisely because of this great diversity we decided to give it as a name to our project "Konfido", which means "Trust" in Esperanto.
